I just got my shipment from AtLarge today, the first time I've ordered anything from them and it won't be the last. Included in my order was a few goodies and a simple hand written Thanks from Chris. Excellent customer service and little things like that will keep me coming back in the future. Class act!

That doesn't matter, it was the extras that counts. I have ordered from other companies where I get my ordered product and nothing else. In this day and age it's nice to see a company going the extra step.

I received the same thing. I also appreciate the extra effort and have told some other people and they have ordered off atlarge because of what I told them. (The 50% also helps too :hello:)

EFS, is the same way. Everytime I order something, they always seem to but a big "thank you" on the package slip. its always the little things that matter.
