Here i go

Started training almost 5 weeks ago on my own. I really dont know what to eat to get toned. Im 5'11 weigh 170lbs. Right now i just eat whatever looks healthy, but am looking for some simple diet plan ( morning, snack, lunch, snack, dinner, snack).. I just want to tone my body, not so much buff up..
I took a fat test and the trainer told me i was fine for my height and weight. I would say im slim but out of shape...... Any Ideas??

Read the stickies and start reading articles then come back with more detailed questions if you have any. There are plenty of articles and post that cover all of this.
