Weight - 80 kg
Height - 5'9"
Age - 19 in December
Howdy folks,
I've been Lifting for over 2 years now, but started training seriously this year. I worked on madcows 5*5 for a long time and Its given me great gains but found it too taxing on my CNS so decided to try Wendlers 5/3/1. I've always trained alone and the internet has been my main source of information and hopefully the good folks at wannabebig can point me in the right direction.
My current stats are,
Squat - 180kgs (only belt)
Bench - 110Kgs
Deadlift 230kgs (only belt)
So far my main goal is to break 300kgs in the deadlift (with or withour suit) before I turn 21, get my squat pass 200kgs and seriously improve my bench.
I'll be using the following 90% RM's on this progam
Squat - 145kgs
Bench - 90kgs
Deadlift - 197.5kgs
Overhead Press - 65kgs
