Hey all,

Ill be first to say I haven't changed much in 2.75 years but I must admit I have never taken diet seriously until recently like the last 3 months, You will notice my major flaw, which is lack of bicep and calf size and definition, its just the way it is, but i haven't given up ...yet lol nah i never will. Also im not claiming to be revolutionary because im far from it, 15kgs of mixed mass in 3 years is nothing to brag about lol

It's not a great photo but I'd say you're not as big as your lifts suggest you should be,

You definitely overall look more built, great job.
