Sup guys, Im new here and i have just been looking around and i saw that everyone here had Journals. I thought it looked real cool and thought it could motivate me so much more if i did this.

My current stats are:

Bench: 205x1

Squat: 335x1

PC: 215x1

DL: Unknown

I will begin posting soon. If you have any interesting routines or tips for me to try please post. Thank you

Couldnt wait to hit the gym so i just went on an off day. So ill take a break til Monday and start hitting the weights hard.

Upper Body:

Bench: (Weight X Reps)
145x5 145x5 145x5

DB Flays:
20x10 25x10 25x10

Tricep Dip Machine:
115x10 115x10 115x10

Forearm Curls:
30x20 35x20 40x20

Curls
50x10 60x10 65x10

Notes: Not to good of a workout. I really dont have a set routine.... If any1 has a good routine for me to use please post or tell me where to locate it.

Hey, welcome. I have been lifting my own routine for awhile, and came here for some advice. Per the advice, I read the stickies and decided to start the "starting strength" program. You may wish to check it out. It seems like a great workout that builds the whole body. No guesswork, just eat right, sleep and do the SS.

Good luck whatever you decide.
