Hi all

Attached is my current fitday diet. It is a cutting diet, and nice and manageable for my office job.

FYI, I am 22yo, 85kg (187lbs), 6' tall. My own estimate is around 14% bodyfat

I eat in this order:
7:15am - 2 eggs, protein shake with milk
10am - quarter cup of almonds
12pm - sandwich with 2 slices of chicken breast & lettuce
3pm - quarter cup of almonds
5.30pm - preworkout glass of milk
6.15pm - postworkout protein shake
6.30pm - chicken and vegetables with sauce
8:00pm - glass of milk

What do you think? Any suggestions?

Thanks

Any suggestions?

Look good for a fat loss diet?

Doesn't look too bad. I personally don't like bread or dairy while I'm dieting but you look like you're in a deficit and you're getting an "OK" balance of macros so if it works for you, go for it. (Might want a tad more fiber in there tho).

Looks like a good program to me. There needs to be little tweaking at my end. But if you asked this to dietician and trainer then they can make it that suits you.

imo at 6' and 85kg you could stand to gain 10-15kg before thinking about cutting.

Well I have a bit of a gut and love handles, and my abs aren't at all visible (except the top row very slightly)

What about ditching 2 glasses of milk and one slice of bread, and adding in another quarter protein shake and an extra egg. That would put it at 1980 calories, 89g fat, 95.4g carbs, 203g protein.

Think that sounds better?

Looks fine. How long have you been on it? Results?
