Hi all
Attached is my current fitday diet. It is a cutting diet, and nice and manageable for my office job.
FYI, I am 22yo, 85kg (187lbs), 6' tall. My own estimate is around 14% bodyfat
I eat in this order:
7:15am - 2 eggs, protein shake with milk
10am - quarter cup of almonds
12pm - sandwich with 2 slices of chicken breast & lettuce
3pm - quarter cup of almonds
5.30pm - preworkout glass of milk
6.15pm - postworkout protein shake
6.30pm - chicken and vegetables with sauce
8:00pm - glass of milk
What do you think? Any suggestions?
