Hey guys,
I had made a journal before but i didnt hold up to it. I found a new routine and diet plan and i plan on hitting it real hard now. I have some hard goals i want to reach but i will get them. There are so many of your guy's journals that i have read and kept track of and you pretty much did what i want to do and that motivates me even more, knowing that it is possible with enough hard work and determination. Well this is going to be my journey.
---------------------------------------------
My routine:
Monday: Chest and Back
Tuesday: Off
Wednesday: Legs
Thursday: Off
Friday: Shoulders, Triceps, and Biceps
Saturday: Off
Sunday: Off
Then i will do abs on any day i feel like it.
--------------------------------------------
I plan on sticking with this routine for a good while and once i stop getting results i will post a new one.
--------------------------------------------
Diet: Still have to right it up
--------------------------------------------
A little info about me:
I am 15 years old, about 5' 10" and weigh 205.6. I have about 2 years of lifting under my belt. Have been bodybuilding for about 3 months. I go to my local gym in Nashville illinois "Access to Fitness". I really dont take any supplements yet. <---- Any recommendations? I plan on getting a X-bodybuilder to help me train and get into shape. I am looking for a good solid diet plan that doesnt cost very much but shows amazing results.
---------------------------------------------
Current Stats: 1RM
Squat: 340
Bench: 210
PC: 215
DL: Not 100% sure but over 300 last i did it
-------------------------------------------------
Goals:

Little bit of number difference between current and future stats.
