I'm in week 9 of my season, I have dropped from 285 at camp to 275 right now. Is it worth trying to add some weight going into the last couple weeks of camp. Being a college student with limit budget and only dining hall options what would the best way to pack on some good lbs.
If you just want to put on pounds, one of the most efficient (and cheap!) ways to do so is simply to eat peanut butter. It has an insane amount of calories for your dollar, fat content is high, plenty of carbs, lots of protein.
