What sort of cardio exercises can one do without using their feet much? I would just do sprints/jogging like i used to, but i sprained my ankle 10 weeks ago and its still a bit swollen and it hurts just to walk on it. I probably tore a ligament in it since the x-rays didnt show a break..
What are some things i can do in terms of cardio? keep in mind i cannot jog, i can't even squat because the tendons in my ankle get pulled too much.

P.S. this isnt an average pain or rare pain. i often times wince in pain putting on my shoes or if i step on unever ground and my ankle bends just slightly to one side or the other. Just letting you people know it is severe pain and im not just being a wimp :p
