Congrats on the lift.

Your legs went up fast, turned into more of an upper back deadlift. It took me some time to get leg drive down but it makes a huge difference.

Keep up the great work.

Came off the ground fast. Work on that lockout and you'll be hitting heavier weight in no time.

Also: Lose the straps!

nice lift, form looked pretty good. i do the same thing with straightening out the legs before the back, its tough to align them

Heavy GMs, rack pulls and deficit deads will help you from straightening your legs then stiff legging it..

1. lose the straps
2. looks like more of a stiff leg DL to me... echoing what chris mason, and view 1 think.
3. I had this issue a while ago. Once corrected you will be pulling heavier weights in no time.
4. deficit deads off a 4-6" box helped me a lot to correct that. Also GHR can help, along with everything littlejake says.
