I do the Boring But Big for the squat and deadlift days.
I do the Triumvirate for the press and bench days.
I also do sled pulls the day after squats and deadlifts.

Basically that depends on you and your own personal weaknesses and your situation as a powerlifter(ex do u compete in all 3 events or just push/pull). If your just a bench/puller then i would incorporate more back and shoulders into your routine since they help both your lifts. ,etc. Hope this helps.

I second this. Boring but Big for lower body is pretty awesome. I do Triumvirate with adding some exercises that cater to my specific needs. I dont do conditiong as of yet but i really should.
You can do whatever exercises you want. Just a note on the Boring but Big for deadlifts, i havent been able to properly walk since Wednesday. Go light if its your first time :).

What lifts are considered accessory lifts
What lifts are considered accessory lifts
From his book:
Assistance exercises accomplish four main tasks. In no particular order, they:
• Strengthen weak areas of the body.
• Compliment and help increase the four basic lifts.
• Provide balance and symmetry to your body and your training.
• Build muscle mass.
