Just kidding but I actually have never seen anyone do this before.
I looped average bands through the pins in the power rack at approx 5'6".
This gave 0lbs help at lock-out and around 50lbs at the bottom.
This is a great exercise and I will be doing it every second week for sets of 5-10 after speed.
Try it out and let me know what you think, and remember when your floor press goes through the roof I invented it lol.
Hope you like it and it helps your bench!

Yeah I really like it, thought someone must have done them before.
I like that you can go a little heavier but still not have to arch and get set for each set-less tiring on the cns, good as a heavy second movement.
Ive used them quite a bit in the past.. Great for building lockout strength.

Nick,
I ususlly do rev. bands full ROM or off bds. on ME day... I'm gonna try the rev.band floor-press after shirt work tomorrow!
Ive even done reverse band, 4 board, floor press. You can really hit your lockout without worrying to much about technique.

You hit the nail on the head, thats what I like about the reverse band floor press you can just focus on pressing but still get the overload at the top.
