Not sure if this is the right spot for this, but I'll give er a shot anyways.
In the past I have tried keeping a log, but I can never get a good format down, it makes it really confusing and I usually just end up with a bunch of separate pieces of paper. I was just wondering if anyone has any suggestions or if there are any good fitness logs online somewhere?
Thanks

I use a regular size notebook. Just write down the exercise, weight, sets, reps, rest, how your feeling, etc. Usually I fit a weeks worth of workouts on one sheet.
Then if you want post it on here for encouragement, advice, etc.
Good Luck!
All you really need is pen and paper to list what you did, then record it here - now the format in the journal is all individualist and interesting to see.
We are with you man and want you to elevate and raise up.
