Hey guys my name is Adrian, uhh im basically officially starting my workouts now, after reading a lot and not acting on the knowledge gained lol. I'm currently doing the Starting Strength program, and it seems to be pretty solid. I'm 18, the rest of my stats are in my signature. Basically, I just want to say I'm not a bodybuilder or powerlifter, however I do want to increase my muscle mass and to gain strength. What I don't want is to gain fat, and be bulky I'm not into getting as big as you can get BS. With that said, lets get it on! Please comment!

Today I kind of ****ed up. I did deadlifts instead of BB Rows, idk why I was being ******ed that day. So I just made a note to start over correctly, as you will later see.
Workout B:
Sets x Reps x Weight (In that order)
Squats: 2 x 5 x 115 lbs, 1x5x 145 lbs
Overhead Press: 1 x 5 x 65 lbs, 1 x 4 x 65 lbs, 1 x 3 x 65 lbs
Deadlifts: 2 x 5 x 115 lbs, 1 x 5 x 135 lbs (I know this is supposed to be rows, I messed up and did this instead accidentally)
Chins: 1 x 6, 1 x 4 ( Body Weight)

Took a slight break started over correctly today Monday. Felt like I could do more weight so I attempted, one thing I'm concerned about is my form and this pain in my left wrist. Have to get that checked. I wish I had a gym partner, to check my form but it's not gonna happen. Hopefully I still make decent and by some miracle gain perfect form thru trial and error.
Squats: 2 x 5 x 135 lbs, 1 x 5 x 155 lbs
Bench Press: 2 x 5 x 115, 1 x 5 x 135 lbs
Deadlift: 1 x 5 x 185 lbs (form was probably not the best, but I lifted it. Nearly passed out LMAO.)
Dips: 1 x 7x BW (Bodyweight), 1 x 5 x BW
