View Full Version : Forearm Pain

I have been experiencing pain and soreness in my forearms (mainly my brachioradialis) for the past few weeks. The only time it really hurts is when I am doing pullups, hammer curls, or bent over DB rows. I really do not know what might have caused it. I know it is not soreness resulting from not performing and exercises that would engage this muscle but the pain I feel gets so bad sometimes I feel like it is going to rip off the bone and I have to back off. No other movements hurt except the ones I listed. The area is not tender to palpation nor does it feel warmer than any other area. I am thinking it might be tendonitis but I am not sure. Has anyone else experienced this?
