your best bet is to email Rudy and tell him what you want, or tell him how you bench, your set up, grip,arch, poundage's and see what he recommends......

the guy is a good lifter and has used everything so he can tell you how it feels and what to expect.....

the only thing to know is that the shirt is custom made to your measurements so measure carefully and expect the shirt to be really tight at first, but after two or three workouts it'll fit perfectly.
