The Gorilla Pit Strength Sports, located at 7472 Tyler Blvd., Mentor, OH 44060, will be holding it's first ABC on Saturday, NOV 28 at 3pm.

Admission for all ABC'ers is free. Time is adjustable if needed.

PWO feeding TBD. We have many choices.

Local lifters get together for a day of BS/Eating?lifting etc. People from usually a 3 hour driving distance that don't get to train together on a regular basis
