hey guys i've started doing the gym for about 2 months now and also changing up my diet, i've lost heaps of weight and gained alot of muscle but just woundering if you think my eating routine is fine or should i change or put anything else in will take in all advise thx.

8:30am- bowl of weetbix

11:20am- i go to the shops and buy a 3 pack of up and go and eat 2 of them without 15 minutes of each other

2:00pm have last up and go and walk to gym.

4:30pm finish gym and have a protein shake.

5:30pm get home and have egg whites with milk.

then ill finish off my day with some fruit.

like i said before i lost heaps of weight and gain strength by the gym but do you reckon this diet is ok or am i causing harm to my body?

More detail is needed.

3 weetbix with half a bowl of milk

water and 1 cup of mass xxx

3 egg whites and 1 glass of milk

1 apple or mango

and sometimes ill have abit more but thats roughly what i normally have

Large bowl, small bowl.

Glass is relative.

If you are serious about this you better start measuring your food/drinks and putting it in Fitday. (http://www.fitday.com)
