When I bench raw, I can easily set up my upperback/traps. However with a shirt, it limits me a lot. I know I can push my chest/belly out higher by using my traps on the bench but with my arms locked in like a mummy, i cant use the pillars to push my body down like how i would raw. next time ill have the spotter push me away from the bench. other than that, what other improvements should i focus on that could be better?

Not much to tell really. Your technique looks pretty good. Can't see your heels or anything but from what I can see, you're getting leg drive. As far as your setup, you need to practice how you play. Instead of using the posts to setup, grip the bar underhand and use that to setup. Practice that setup and you'll see better results with your arch. You also do this so you don't disturb the setup of the shirt. If you grip wide and setup, when you have the shirt pulled down and set, it's going to move on you.
