Thanks....
I wish I knew, but with the blue bands probably between 180-200. But with that green over the plate, it adds ALOT of tension. If I were to guess, probably somewhere between 600-650 overall at the top. It feels like alot once I unrack it. I probably could of gone up in bar weight alittle bit, but I moved my feet out wider and want to get a feel for it.

Great job Brian. I know that had to be heavy at the top, but you made it look effortless.

Thanks Lones!!!! My first set which wad 250lbs of bar weight, it felt super heavy. I wanted to take the green band off the plate and put it on the bar, but Stacy told me to try it again. I'm glad she did because it felt alot better after my second and third squat. I wish I knew what the band tension was, but it's hard to tell.

Thanks Nick, that's similar to our circa max setup that we did for the seniors. The amount of tension that we use for circa max was insane.

Nice work that speed was insane. Im sure it took you a few sets to get adjusted to that band tension. Putting a band over the plate is like adding another band. I squated with Marc Bartley a month or so ago and we went two blues over the plates. I tapped at 2.5 plates. I have used a blue green and purple before and hit 5.5 plates, wo throwing the over the plates adds a ton.

It took me about 3-4 sets to get my body us to it. Then I started to add some weight. I probably could of gone up more then what I did. Putting a band over a plate adds alot more tension at the top. I have done 2blues and 1green, but can't remember which one was over the plate. It was about 475-525lbs of band tension and 450lbs of bar weight.
