ive been on the TKINS DIET FOR A WEEK AND 2 DAYS IVE LOST WEIGHT BUT IT DOESNT SEEM LIKE MY STOMACH IS GETTIN ANY SMALLER IVE BEEN TAKING XENADRINE EVERYDAY SO FAR AND I AHVE FOLLOWED THE ATKINS DIET STRICTLY MY FAT ON MY LEGS ARE A LITTLE LESS THAN BEFORE BUT THATS IT IS THIS NORMAL PLEASE HELP IM SO FRUSTRATED

dont rely on that crap. just keep lowering cals till you start losin fat. and a week isnt enough time to notice more than a few pounds, and alot of it probably isnt even fat

I ALSO MADE 1 MISTAKE BY EATING MORE PROTEIN THAN FAT

AND I HEARD YOU COULD GET INTO KETOSIS BY ONE DAY OF FASTING SO THATS WHAT ILL TRY TOMMOROW IS THAT TRUE

what/ why not just eat less calories....if you want to see difference in a week or two you will FAIL miserably. just give a couple months, reduced calorie intake...

one more wuestion i need answer is it possible for me if i stay in ketosis for 3 weeks without cheating can i lose about 10 percent of bodyfat and yes with regular exercise and using xenadrine

Perfectly in Ketosis? 3 Weeks of that and you would see a top of 3% less. Don't hold me to that or anything could be higher or lower. See what the other guys say about it. I would see 3% less in 3 weeks fairly impressive though.

Ketosis isn't magic. Ultimately it's calories in v. calories out that's important. You CAN lose a lot of weight in 3 weeks. Most of it will end up being muscle. If you're serious about losing the weight, accept the fact that it's going to take time. You're not going to be magically ripped in 3 weeks, barring the use of dangerous drugs. In my experience the best you should hope for in 3 weeks(Of course, this is somewhat dependent on your weight.) is a 1-2% reduction in bodyfat. If you weigh 200lbs, this would mean you would have lost 4lbs of fat(Although, there'd almost certainly be some muscle loss as well.) This would be a great progress IMO.

my friends on keto diets are ripped in 3 weeks though they lose about 405 percent of ketosis
