Here's some pics from this morning, no pump, right after jumping out of the shower. Been working with Alex Azarian for 9 weeks now. I'm loving the progress thus far. Can't wait to see how freaky he can get me in the coming year. The first couple pics are what I sent him the day I started working with him, and the last three are the new ones. I really let myself go, and the funny thing is I never realize how fat I am until I actually cut the fat. The first couple pics are embarrassing. I still need to lose quite a bit off my abs and lower back, and once I do that, I'll see how Alex wants to switch things up. I'm 6'2ish, and around 215-220 in these pics.

You look good. Keep it up! By the way, who is the trainer?

This is a picture of Alex from today's prejudging for NPC Nationals. Very good guy, always there to help and give me motivation.

It was just a couple days over 9 weeks. I'm working with him for 6 months as of now, but I plan on sticking with him. I like his diet, and I really think he is the key for me to keep the progress coming at the fastest, steadiest rate possible.
