I was curious what grip people use to do the majority of their board work with. I remember people used to recommend a little closer like pinkies on the rings, but the technique i have to use to do it is a little different since i have a big wing span. Comp grip feels much much more like a shirted bench where i throw it back. Just curious what everyone is doing.

I always bench with pinkies on the rings unless I am gearing up for/lifting in a meet then I'll use comp grip.

I seldom do them raw, but when I do; I do this also.

I like to have different PRs for 3 grips but I have mostly used a comp grip in the past and I feel this is a mistake, I would mix it up.

So i have never done the pinky on the rings for boards, whats the reasoning behind it?
I will be switching based on the caliber of the recommendations either way.
