What's some input as to what I should be putting on my plate to eat the week of a meet.. as well as that morning of the show and what to take as the meet progresses along?...bodyweight isn't a issue as I am in the 275 class.

eat what you'd normally eat. If you are trying to get a good bloat for the meet after weigh ins I'm a big fan of chicken broth, or chinese food and gatorade.

I like to get a good bit of red meat the night before and make sure to eat something decent the morning of, but I do that before an heavy day so I know how my body will react to it, if it'll make me bloated, gassy, groggy etc...

the night prior to meet day, I like a nice cut NY steak with potatoes and some form of veggies. The following morning I have oatmeal, banana, eggs and gatorade. Plenty of water is important as well.

I'm eating like crazy this last week before my meet, I have about 5 pounds to spare. I think its going to help me quite a bit at the meet

Sweet potatoes are good during a meet, as well as gatorade
