female
20 years old
probably around 165lbs
5 foot even

This is what i made up for her;
I assume her BMR is about 1500, so I cut that by about 500 with macros @
135g protein
15g fat
85g carbs
6 meals a day

diet is made up for lean protein, olive oil, green veg, very limited starch carbs in the form of brown rice or oats (cause I know she'll eat some), and no simple sugars.

What do you guys think? Never worked with anyone this short at this weight

thanks for input.

I have zero experience with women trainees, but 1000 cals seems too low tbh. I'd say add some more cals from fat

What are her goals?

Why did you assume 1500 and why did you cut that by 33%?

She's 5 foot and around 160ish, that equals to a BRM of about 1500, correct?
Goals are to loose around 30 lbs quickly but still healthy

Don't use calculators for maintence. Measure it.

15g of fat is way too low. 1000 calories is too low.

My wife is 30+ lbs. lighter than this and she loses weight on 1500-1800 calories, although she is relatively active. So yes, 1000 calories is too low. Start with something in the 1500-1800 range and see how she reacts and adjust from there. I wouldn't go below 1500 unless someone needed to be in extreme condition like a bodybuilding or figure competition or something.

I would easily start her at 2000 calories and adjust as necessary

there comes a point when eating very little is not a viable option and it's just better to increase expenditure then decrease calories.

then again, does she even work out?
