Ive been doin WS4SB pt 3 for three weeks and this week is gonna be tough. i was wondering if i can do mondays workout in the morning and then tuesday workout in the afternoon. and then take tuesday off and go back on wednesday morn and afternoon. just wondering...

Instead of doing two workouts in one day I would just skip one of the workouts that week. You are better off coming into your training well-rested and just picking back up next week rather than overtraining or draining your CNS.
