It all depends on what your daily intake is, not just one meal.

^--Yep.

Are you sure you've got the calories right though? 390 seems low for a footlong.

If you can stomach their processed chicken, I hate that stuff.

I forgot to mention that, is it even real chicken breast?
Also, I am sure those numbers are without dressing.

Pretty good macros for a quick meal on the go. Sure beats most "fast food"

Whether its good for cutting depends on two things, how does it fit in your daily macros? Is it a satisfying ~800 cals? If the answers are well and yes. There is your answer =)

The flavor isnt incredible but its one of my favorite things to get with no mayo or cheese. Veggies and spices, vinegar if you want.. The thing I like about the breast (Im pretty sure its not oven roasted lol) its very moist. They keep it in hot water or steam in the containers or something so its not as dry as most of the subs with no mayo or cheese.

personally i dont think the footlong chicken breast will hurt you but while cutting(depending on how serious you are)i would not eat the processed bread ,chicken or the cheese, i am just a true believer in pure natural foods such as fresh chicken breasts, ezekiel bread, green leafy vegs. If you are in a pinch subway would not be the worst choice. If you are really serious, cook youR own food and take it with you. Its hard to do at first but once you do it, it becomes second nature.

Had one last night it was awesome! Toasted 9 Grain honey oat, chicken, no cheese, had them drag it through the entire garden, added salt/pepper and a little vinegar with one thin line of brown mustard.

I work at a subway, so I am expert on this subject. The chicken comes frozen in bags and then is defrosted and stored in the cambros (which is how you as the customer see it). It is not keep in warm water or whatever someone above said.

I usually get a 6in wheat w/ double or triple meat chicken breast (like 2 breasts and some turkey). No cheese, sweet peppers, buffalo sauce, a little spicy mustard, spinach, tomatoes, and onions. Can't go wrong.

While I respect you're opinion, I personally disagree. There is an overwhelming fear of "processed" and "non-natural" foods in this country. May I ask why you are against such foods?

And what do you mean by pure natural foods?

And what is really natural? Is bread really natural? Can you find bread in the environment? Bread is a processed palatable product made from unpalatable commodities.

Sorry, It's just a pet peeve of mine that so many Americans consider "processed" foods to be unhealthy, but can't back up their claims

the WBB community will probably have a cow over this, but i'd consider a sub like this a good meal, especially for cutting. then again, i'm pretty loose with my diet.
