when i last weigh in i was 195.5 on november 23. i dont really have a diet im just eating anything i can get my hands on. and i take two shakes a day one before a work out then one right after a work out. i take muscle tech cratine pills. im starting to see some size in my chest and i dont see it in my arms but people are telling me that they see a diff. i feel stronger everyday and liking whats happening to my body so far. so i guess as of right now im just going to keep what im doing and go from there.
