Never lifted a weight in my life before today. Literally. I started doing my homework about a month ago. Put a diet together that I've been implementing for a few days now.

Today I did squats for the first time in my life, then I hit the treadmill. I didn't get a full weight workout in yet. I'm easing my way into this stuff, and by that I mean 5 minutes after I finished squats I was waddling around the gym. My first "full" workout will be tomorrow. I'll post pics in the coming days. Like I said I've literally never lifted before today, so it's not pretty. Nobody will accuse me of "E-stats," that's for sure. Be gentle, kind souls.
