Ok. I am currently on the BGB routine. I'm loving everyday of it. But I came off of SS after seing GREAt results. I want to squat twice a week because my body responds to squats more than anything. And the routine calls for squatting once a week.
This is what my schedule looks like
Mon
flat bench 5x5
Incline dumbell press 3x8
Bent over bb row 3x8
Dead lift 5x5
Tues
Squat 5x5
High footplacement leg press 3x8
Hammer curl 3x8
Preacher curl 3x8
Thurs
Pull ups till failure
Oh press 5x5
Side lateral raises 3x8
Cald raises 3x8
Weighted situps 3x8
Friday
Good morning 3x8
Deadlift 5x5
Skull crushers 3x8
Bench dips 3x8
Ok I was thinking about squatting Tuesday and Friday. I don't know, someone help me incoprorate 2 squat sessions into my routine please

i would throw them on friday and do a higher rep scheme then you do on tuesday. Friday is supposed to be hamstring dominant, quad accessory. So this would work as long as they are higher rep. I would switch your deadlifts on friday to romanian dl's. Why are regular deads here ne way?
i also do bgb and i squat 2x a week. On tuesday i do 5x5 and on friday i do two sets of 20.

This is the thread I wanted to see. I too want to add another session of squats for BGB. Sounds like hintsas5 has the solution. Thanks

I like this but 2 sets of 20 is excessive. Id do one set.
Also, why are you suggesting not doing DLs? GMs are very similar to RDLs.

i agree GMs are similar to RDLs. I would suggest either of those exercises for friday instead of traditional DLs. i just wouldnt do regular deads 2x a week with this routine.
you might be right 2 sets of 20 may be excessive. This is just what i normally do so i was just giving the suggestion. 1 set would probably be good as well.

For my own self, this is what I would do.
"Friday
Good morning 3x8
Deadlift 5x5
Skull crushers 3x8
Bench dips 3x8"
Put Squats as suggested 1x20 in place of the second deadlift.

ok, i will replace my DL on friday with 1x20 squats.

You can add 20 rep squats to your routine, but it will make recovery a spotty issue. If you can't accurately gauge recovery you will be spinning you wheels. Keep that in mind. Id opt for something like 4x8 squats over 20 rep squats first.
