To be honest, I started taking Results a month ago and have not gained any water weight from it at all. I do not consume any other sugar other than Results during or before my workout. I would not be afraid to give it a try.

For sure, absolutely no reason why you cannot take both at the same time - I actually mix my creatine into my shake when I take it.
