What does everyone think...


Workout Day
Meal 1:
Protein Oatmeal
Nitrean with Milk

Meal 2:
Lowfat yogurt
1 cheese stick

Meal 3:
Coldcut sandwhich on low carb bread
1 banana
Few chips

Meal 4 ~ 1 hr pre-workout:
Nitrean w/ milk
Protein bar
Canned chicken or Tuna

post-workout: Nitrean shake

Meal 5:
1 large chicken breast
1 Yam
Serving of veggies

Meal 6:
1 cup cottage cheese
1 yogurt
Nitrean w/ milk

Rest Day:
Meal 1:
Protein Oatmeal
Nitrean with Milk

Meal 2:
Lowfat yogurt
1 cheese stick

Meal 3:
Coldcut sandwhich on low carb bread
1 banana
Few chips

Meal 4 :
1/2 cup cottage cheese
Protein bar
Canned chicken or Tuna

post-workout: Nitrean shake

Meal 5:
1 large chicken breast
1 Yam
Serving of veggies
large glass of milk

Meal 6:
4 egg whites
1 yogurt
Nitrean Shake w/ milk


I know its a little heavy in Dairy. I weigh close to 180 right now. My protein totals came to about ~220ish. Started my bulk at 153 and now am close to 180. Gain some fat, looking to clean it up now and press on..

Take out chips. Try to add in more fruits and veggies.

yeh figured the chips, i could probably replace that with veggies of some sort. maybe carrots or something.

You need more high quality carb sources, mostly starches, such as potatoes, long grain rice, etc... Remember protein is important but you must have enough protein sparing nutrients to get the most out of your protein so it is used to rebuild muscle and not used as a fuel source.

agree, diet look ok(not the best)< cut out some of the dairy, add in more complex carbs,fruits and vegs, then just have a good cheat meal 1 or 2 times a week
