Do girls really like big hard muscle?
I think they do, but I am not like a 100%sure, some might find it disquisting dough..because most people do.

But I know that when the Girl I got a crush on is in the gym , I train like a Gorilla on speed, and my muscle manages to push 3more reps out of where, and thats very good.
Man you should see this girl..... Makes me wanna put all the weights in the gym put them on the bench and do a 20repper.

Rock man, it's like this .... rather girls loves big muscles or they can take em or leave em.

But I think most girls do. I went to a Gym Party this Saturday Night and believe me girls who train like muscles even more then those who don't train. ;)

Seeing as I'm one of only a few females at this board, I thought I'd give my thoughts!

I most definitely like a guy with muscles because I myself am more muscular than the average girl. I'd look ridiculous standing beside a guy with no muscle. That's why I always have that silly rule about a guy needing to have bigger legs than mine in order for me to feel ok :(

From my experience I've concluded this:

Most women appreciate a guy who is well-groomed and in good shape. If you are muscular, that is a plus as long as you don't try to show yourself off to everyone. Remain humble about your training and others will appreciate your hard work. On the other hand, I think most girls don't like it when a guy is huge. They tend to follow the stereotype big body = small brain, and they'll think you are an aggressive testosterone-filled beast (what's wrong with that? :P).

In other words, if you train to look good for the ladies, I would strive for the Mens-Health model look (well-defined and relatively thin), rather than the Flex Magazine model look (bulging muscles and bulky).

Of course, as Savannah said, it does depend on the woman, but on average most women don't train as hard in the gym (or care as much about training) as the women who frequent this message board do.

The guys in Mens Health look like they have eating disorders, but Flex guys might scare girls away, hehe

At the age of 17(where I am..) I feel that most girls prefer guys with athletic bodies and of course well-defined abs. So,that's why I don't make long bulk cycles,to make sure that in the summertime I'll have a low bf.. ;)

Don't be worried about what other people want you to look like.

Everyone has seen those bangin' girls with the tooth pick arm guys. And everyone has seen other bangin' girls with the jacked up guys. SO, just look like you want to and somewhere there will be girls that like your look.

Looks like a scene from Predetor where Arnold covers himself in Mud. Does it have a simler effect on the Newcastle women ?
