I understand that GPP is a very important aspect of anything you are trying accomplish. I read through the article that was posted in the WBB1.1 routine. How would you incorporate GPP in a routine like WBB1.1? Is this something I would want to do on days I'm not lifting, or something I can do before lifting?

not before lifting. On days off as long as it doesn't effect recovery.

Days off. It doesn't have to be anything crazy, just get moving.

On certain days and depending on the GPP you can after you lift. Definitely not after Squat or Deadlift day.
