Today, did a cambered bar box squat w/ heavy red bands (220+ tension) and green bands. After each set, went to a rack loaded with a SSB and 155lbs and did 10 squats, 10 shrugs, and 10 good mornings. I did 8 sets total, i think. Worked up to 465 plus the red and green bands when at the last set when I was real tired.
After this, 3 minutes timed doing Shrugs, Good mornings and box squats on the SSB w/ 205 lbs.
Sumo Deadlift--suited up in loose leviathan, no briefs. --this setup feels great, prob what ill use at meet cause Ill be heavier than 291
