Currently 280 lbs. entering offseason for football. Looking to get up to about 295-300 lbs for next season. Looking for some meal ideas and suggestions. I will be lifting four days a week. I will be taking a multi-vitamin, creatine monohydrate, and whey protein, as well as NO explode. I'm trying to add only good weight look like bunkley here. NO Explode is a waste of money in my opinion. I like your other supps though.

But if you want to put on a solid 15 lbs by next season, you absolutely must be eating a caloric excess. This is the most important aspect, not your supplement regime.

If it were me, I would eat everything in plain sight for a few months until I was about 310, then diet down to 295. Its hard to beat a bulk/cut protocol.

Without seeing what you are currently eating its hard to say what you need to be doing. Also you don't want to just add scale weight, you want to make sure its functional weight, meaning its not effecting your performance on the field in a negative way, like slowing you down. Trust me I've trained college and pro athletes and the coaches don't care how much you weigh its what you do on the field that matters.

Grits, 3 eggs, Banana, Cheerios, 2 cups Milk
Meal 2
Steak & Green Beans & Fruit
Meal 3
Turkey Sandwich on Wheat with Chocolate Milk
Meal 4
Another Turkey Sandwich with Trail Mix
Meal 5
Chicken Parm
Meal 6
Protein Shake

How many calories is that?

It doesn't seem near enough for someone who wants to be 300lbs.

at you current weight... (dont know your activity level) I'd imagine you'd be eating at least in excess of 4500 calories to put on some size.

Probably more than that... Maybe 5000+ calories! I'm only 208 and am barely gaining weight eating 4000+ calories a day. The turkey you are eating has very few calories. Replace that with a burger or more steak. Drink more milk, eat more meat, drink another protein shake in the mornings, etc

throw a few protien shakes in there plus some dbol and youll gain some weight

my suggestion about exercise is try and do HIIT .. if you do not know about it an amazon search will get you a list of books on the topic... it basically is about stimulating your body to grow faster... it is a very easy technique which takes less and time and will feel you more energetic.. at least that is how i felt when i read it in veteran UK bodybuilder's book..
