Could anyone tell me, or direct me to a link, that tells why the ingredients of a bulking diet are necessary and in the amounts that are necessary? The reason I ask is because I want to understand the ins and outs of it so I won't have to keep asking "Is this ok? How about this?" Plus, I'd rather formulate my own diet based on what's what and why I should be eating it.
