Well I thought I would start a journal and get down my goals in writing. The first set of goals I see as short term, the second set are my end lifting goals probably years away but hey you gotta start somewhere and someone said a journey of a thousand miles starts with a single step.

17th December tommorow the plan is to run with SS and see how far I get with it.

Height 5-10

Current>>>>>>>>>>>>Goal
Age 48>>>>>>>>>>>>>>28

weight190lbs>>>>>>>200

Squat 200lbs>>>>>>>>>>250

db/bench110>>>>>>>>175

deadlift 260>>>>>>>300

O/H press 90>>>>>>>120

dbrows 100>>>>>>>>>120

1.) "Do you bench 300 lbs? Do you squat and deadlift 400 lbs? Do you have that good solid strength base? If not, work on that first."

2.) Confused? Put in the time, you won't be

Good for you on starting a journal.

A couple of questions on your goals...
1.) How do expect to get younger? I'd like to figure that one out too.
2.) Why is your bench progress goal higher than your squat progress goal???

I think
You have a goal to increase your bench by 40 lbs, while the squat will only increase 15 lbs. Make a bigger squat goal :hello:

First session on SS today here is how it went.

Squat 184 >>>>>>>>200 lbs pleases with that and has offroad says I need to set a bigger goal...the pleasing thing about this is I havent squat for over two weeks(back pain) so was pleasantly suprised and felt in full control of my form

Press.O/Head 90 >>>>>>>>>>>>> 95lbs

DB ROWS 100 >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> 102 LBS
