Well I thought I would start a journal and get down my goals in writing. The first set of goals I see as short term,the second set are my end lifting goals probably years away but hey you gotta start somewhere and someone said a journey of a thousand miles starts with a single step.
17th December tommorow the plan is to run with SS and see how far I get with it.
