Or: Hitting the Weights & Stuffing My Face
Current Weight as of 12/2009: 151lbs @ 5'7", under 10% BF
Goal by Year end 2010: 200lbs @ 15% BF or less
Other Goals:
17" Arms
26" + Quads
BW x 20 Pull-Ups
Previous Bodybuilding accomplishments include:
165lbs @ 6% BF and 185 @ 10-12% BF
Max Bench: 305
Max Deadlift: 440
Max Squat 345
Total: 1090
Hard to top, but totally possible with serious effort and dedication.
Been completely out of the Iron Game for about 4 Years now (too damn long) and I'll be starting out with a simple push/pull/legs routine with a little arm/delt isolation work thrown in. Looking forward to gorging myself in the kitchen with anything in sight and packing on some serious mass. 180lbs by summertime/mid-year will keep me on track to hit my goal of 2 bills by next December.
This won't be an entirely clean bulk as I'm much more concerned with overall calorie intake than nutritional ratios at this point. 1/2 Gal - 1 Gallon of Whole Milk will be an everyday thing.
:indian: Even the Indian is cheering me on. That's Casino Indian, not Slurpee Indian :p He's like "Go Patty! Get fookin hyooge dood!"
Oh and I totally forgot about everyone's favorite smiley :hump: Damn I missed this place.
Supplements:
Multivitamin, B-Complex, Creatine, Dextrose, Maltodextrin, Whey Protein
I turned 30 last month and my kid's in the 4th Grade. The other day he called me "Dad" for the first time instead of "Daddy", so I know I'm getting old whether I want to admit it or not. The Iron will keep me young, at least that's the idea.
