Just wondering if someone can tell me which product, mixed with protein, is better post-workout?

Waxy Maize OR Maltodextrin

Honestly their both way over rated. The whole post-workout window is highly overrated as well. Thats like saying if you don't have your shake or meal within the window you won't build muscle. Its toatal nutrients balanced throughout the day that produces results. It doesn't mean if you want a protein shake after workouts you shouldn't. just look at the bigger picture. You can have fruit or startches after a workout and be fine.
