What are some small foods you could take to school or work.. W/O people knowing...

I was thinking of taking some tuna in a baggie, it wouldn't get bad or anything would it? (After sitting out for a few hours)

Tuna Sandwich on whole meal bread.

Protein Shake in a plastic container.

Tuna might get bad if it's mixed with mayonnaise..but probably not in a few hours...

Why does it matter if people know? I take a small cooler with me. You could use a shaker bottle. Through a few scoops of protein in there and when you are ready to drink it just fill it up with water from the bubbler or bathroom sink.

Chicken breast and brown rice, tuna in brown rice with salsa, or on wheat bread with mustard, MRP bars/shakes. Get some small tupperware containers and carry the stuff around in a backpack or something. None of this stuff will go bad if you eat it the same day it's packed.

Gino is right once again! I do exactly what he has suggested. And as stated before don't give a DAMN if others know. You eat clean they eat sh@t!!

Let'em watch!!!

We can't carry bags--one fucked up school.. and i'm pretty sure they wouldn't let me take a cooler.. lol

I'll just bring a few things and put 'em in my lockers, I guess.. Wouldn't the chicken be bad after sitting an hour or 2?

You can't carry bags? How the heck do you carry all your books to school?

I have a tupperware container that fits perfectly into my backpack that carries my 2 major meals (lunch and dinner). I eat breakfast at home. Could probably fit a sandwich in there too.

Just put your protein shake in a water bottle or something.

I leave my chicken, pork, and beef out for hours, even over night.

There are different types of string cheese. :) You could get low fat mozzarella, for about 60-80 calories, 6-8g protein, about 2g fat. Or an extra long string cheese, for about 130 calories, maybe 14g protein...Depending on what size and whether it is low fat or not, nutritional info would vary. Find something that matches your requirements.

String Cheese is good. You could also have a natty PB sandwhich on whole grain bread. Those keep well and are pretty good nutrinally. May be on the low side for protien though. So eat it with a string cheese... :D

I blend my protein shake at home then put it in a plastic bottle. I drink it later on the day. Won't it go bad if I leave it for a few hours ?

Just shove whatever you want to eat in your pants...for example, you could carry a protein bar in your pocket and a banana in your pants. Whats the schoolteachers gonna say? Is that a banana in your pants?? If they do just say thank you!:D

Tell them you are a diabetic and you need a constant supply of food and just carry it out in the open. And carry really nasty smelling stuff like tuna and hard boiled eggs but don't eat the yolks, throw them in the trash cans to really tick everyone off.

Ridiculous that they wouldn't let you carry anything around the school.

protein bars go anywere, they melt in my pocket though so in science class i just stick it on the ac to cool it off and then eat it.

When I said to take a cooler I didn't mean like a big picknick cooler. The one I use is about the size of a lunch box. It's just big enough to fit 1 ice pack and a tupperware container.

They don't let you take ****. Schools now are really fucked up. I think i'll put some string cheese in my locker and have a few of them over the day...
