Not sure if this has been asked before didn't seem to find anything on it. Is ready break good for you or just too good to be true and a marketing scam?

If you mean the porridge stuff, then i'm pretty sure its just oats that are fortified with vitamins, so yeah its prefectly fine.

For those of us that have never heard of it, post the macros, or better yet, the whole ingredients list.

Yep, it's just fine - http://www.weetabix.co.uk/brands/ready-brek/ready-brek-original/
At the end of the day I am sure you could get something cleaner and less processed but on the grand scheme of things its perfectly fine and a good source of carbs.
I just get those quaker packets and mix them in with milk.
You can buy 5kg sacks of oats from health food stores. Why not do that? Its cheaper in the long run.
