Good lord. Absolutely sick.

I'm amazed at Tony's size every time I see him. Last month I saw him hit a 515 bench in the warmup room, raw, like it was speed work.

whats the advantage of the cambered bar? easier to hold onto?

It does take some stress off your shoulders, but it also swings a lot off the box as well as puts the weight a little bit in front of you
