Found it on ironmind.com, says that 1/4th of a cup contains 100 calories, 18 grams of protein, 6.5 grams of carbs, and .5 grams of fat.

Its made of milk and egg protein with vanilla-almond flavoring. Sounds pretty good to me anyone tried it?

If you're going for cheapo protein, try Supplement Direct's house band. 5 lbs. of just pure whey for $20. I'm assuming it's unflavored...each serving has about 23g of protein and like 2g of carbs, 1.5g of fat (something like that). 5 lbs. is about 72 servings or something.

A side note: Today I ordered 5 lbs. of whey, I think 8 lbs of a maltodextrin/dextrose mix, 500g of creatine, 500g (I think) of Taurine, and about the same amount of ALA. The total price, with shipping, is $87.10. Not too bad, huh? Especially when you mix the creatine, maltodextrin/dextrose, taurine, and ALA...that's basically Cell Tech. Malto/dext. and the protein makes an excellent post-workout shake. Protein and milk is a great meal addition. And there's certainly a bunch of all of it there.
