That is one of the worst sites on the web for information.

That article is terribly written, contains a number of quite simple errors, and provides no information that is any better than anything a 14 year old who just read muscle and fitness could spit out.

7:00/4 Eggs, Oatmeal

9:30/String Cheese

12:30/Chicken (In the summer, i'll eat Veggies and Rice too)

3:30/2cans of tuna, oatmeal, and veggies

4:45/Workout

5:45/Whey W/Coolaid

8:00/Chicken, Rice, Veggies

10:00/Whey W/ Water

I would take chickenbreast but

At my school, can't carry bags around and I dont think I could eat that much food in between a class... (My school sucks)


What do you think of that Paul? Decent, or needs changed?

It's a good place to start.

You need to look at your total caloric intake, your caloric needs, and then your macro breakdown (grams of protien, etc, etc)

I want to get cut up pretty fast...

I'm gonna start doing sprints at the end of June or start of July. 2x or 3x/week.....

When I start cardio, should I try adding more protein, decrease carbs, and keep fat the same?
