I know everyone hates machines as i do but is there any use for this machine? Messed with it today and it was different. I dont compete so that could make a difference

Which one? Hammer Strength makes tons of different machines. I like the Iso Low Row and Chest-Supported Row.

They had some rowing machines i liked, and i did a press, kind of went up at an incline. I really didnt pay attentions to what it was called, there benches sucked reall bad so i just trying this out, kind of liked it.

I like Hammer Strength equipment; though you should not replace your core compound movements with machines. A good rule of thumb is to start off with barbells/dumbbells then finish off with isolation movements or machines.

We used the Hammer Jammer when I was in high school. That was, IMO, the best Hammerstrength machine out there. So many different possibilities for hip work, shoulders, legs, etc..

The jammer is definetely my favorite. Awesome for hip and shoulder strength.
