I have a pair of these Everlast boots and they are quite nice for deads and squat but are they legal?

They are in the APF HB.

As for foot wear I would be surprised if any fed had a restriction. Maybe the IPF but thats probably it.

Even the IPF just says it should be "footwear designed for athletic use", i think theres a restriction on the total height of the heel too (i.e. no stiletoes for benching) but thats it.

Legal. A lot of people use them for DL.

Alright, excellent. I have lifted in wrestling shoes for years but the lack of arch and ankle support has been a problem lately. These are a ton better.
Thanks for the replies everybody.
