so i joined this challenge at my work and im pretty stooked about it. i checked in at 207. the way they determine the winner is by getting the pounds you lost, divided by your original weight...then u multiply that by 100 to get a percent... i goal was to get 10% of my fat done...which means i would have to be at 186.3 pounds. now my way of getting there is by doing the insanity program and taking nitor and protein and i still have some results left over...any suggestions would be greatly appreciated...oh and the price is around 500-800 dollars :D

im not on any certain or specific diet, but what i am doin is cutting down on my portions. you gotta understand that im mexican so all kinds of bad are around me :P but i have a protein shake in the morns to start off and then have a lil snack around 1015 then my lunch is at 12 so there is where i get most of the food for the day. im a pe aide at an elementary so eatin every 2 hours is kinda hard when u have to look after 90+ kids every 45 min. the insanity program is a workout thing that i saw on tv and my friend has it so ima try it. its mostly max interval training. id rather do that than pay 40 or so to go to the gym. and thats the price to the person who loses the most at the end of the contest...not bad...

look into the Paleo Diet.....or track your calories via fitday.com

Yeah cut down on calories (not to low at any one time) with low intensity cardio most days (maybe 4? i dont know im no expert) with a session or two of HITT.

I also suggest you do HIIT, I did it for a few months and i lost close to 40 pounds. I went from 220 to 180 just by doing HIIT atleast 3 times a week, and avoided eating junk food so regularly. Just dont over do it and stay hydrated, I almost collapsed a few times after completing a session of HIIT.

what did you do exactly while doin hiit? i saw this new article on the homepage that seems pretty interesting. i was thingkin bout doin that as well...
