looking for any simple recipes to get a good amount of calories/ protein in. needs to be very easy to prepare and plz no shakes cuz im already drinkin a gallon of milk a day

hardboil eggs. takes no real prep time, and no real cleanup since the pan doesn't get dirty.
put eggs in pan, cover with water. bring to a boil...then boil 1 minute. remove from heat and cover for 10-12 minutes. drain and cool.

its a foolproof way to hardboiled eggs that aren't under or over cooked.

Nuts. Good fats and high in calories. Add butter to everything if you really want more calories.

Premake a bunch of breakfast burritos, freeze them, and microwave as needed. That or leftovers. Eat whatever you have left from the night before. Start eating things that are stereotypical breakfast foods.

I am in High School so I'm always rushing in the morning but what I have found to be the best meal energy and protein wise for me is this: 6 egg whites (scrambled), 1/4 cup of quick grits (microwaves in 3 minutes and expands for big serving). When they are both cooked, take about the same amount of time each, mix together in a bowl and throw some shredded cheese in it. Delicious and stays with you for a good 3 hours.

if you really dont have time, have a protein meal and milk. it aint the best breakfast, but you're getting some nutrition there. oatmeal is quick. tons of scrambled egg mixtures, omelet and boiled egg ideas out there too that take only like 5-10 mins to prepare

2 Tortillas
2 eggs
2 breakfast sausages
4 slices of cheese

Slice up the sausages after they are cooked, throw some scrambled eggs and cheese into the tortilla with the sausage.

Fry up some bell peppers and onions and whatever else you like and throw it in. Add some hotsauce to make it even better!

I love breakfast burritos, they take no time to make and are delicious.

Never thought about freezing my breakfast burritos might have to try that.

It's 45grams of oats (complex carbs) mixed with 35g or so of whey protein to make a strawberry flavored porridge... man it's good.

I am in collage so I am always rushing in the morning. I cook 'bataka-pava' the energy and protein wise for me 4 egg, 1/2 cup of quick grits.It is delicious and stays with you for a good.

Well the best thing i love to have in the morning is an egg and english muffin sandwich. all you do:

-Scramble eggs
-Add a bit of salt (if you want)
-Toast two english muffins
-Put the eggs in between the english muffins
-A fast and yummy breakfast that you can even eat on the go.

if you want you can also add extra things in there, like cheese, peppers, tomatoes. whatever you want!
