Rather than a post, i just put it all in a video.
More weights? Less weight? etc etc.
The deadlift position is intentionally done with the shoulders over the bar as opposed to behind it.

Just remember the %'s are just guidelines not rules. Thats about right though as far as speed and effort wise. Youll find as you get stronger youll start to use even less weight for speed work while still getting the same effects. Go by feel. if you feel slow stay at a lesser weight. If you are rocking the weights up put a quarter on. Just be sure to go by feel and feel fast when you do them. 2 years ago I was using 405 for speed pulls and my pull was at 715. I now use 315 to 365 and pull 750 so be sure to listen to your body.

Speed looks good bro... As scott stated, go by feel. I use 55-60% of my raw 1rm 8x3. I generally use bands instead of chains though, but as w/ the chains all that is factored in the % of weight being used...
